Activate Yeast: In a large bowl, add warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

Step 2

Make the Dough: Add softened butter, salt, eggs, and flour to the bowl and mix well.

Let it Rise: Place dough into an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Roll it Out: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 16x12-inch rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.

Prepare Glaze: In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk/cream until smooth.
