Due to the edible nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your product is damaged or if you did not receive the correct item(s), please email a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) within three (3) days of receiving your package and we’ll refund or replace your items.

Purchases made from entities other than Chad's Raspberry Kitchen are not eligible for replacement, credit or refund. Please contact the retailer where the Chad’s Raspberry Kitchen item was purchased and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
