- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup Chad’s Raspberry Jam

Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Prepare the Crust: Add melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until combined. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for topping.

Assemble the Bars: Press the remaining oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread Chad’s Raspberry Jam evenly over the crust, then sprinkle the reserved oat mixture on top.
