Easy, quick and tasty. These wings are a savory treat. Coated with our famous Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Coat wings with chili powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, wok, or deep fryer at least 2 inches deep to 350 degrees.
Carefully drop wings into oil.
Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees (about 5 minutes).
Drain on a paper towel for 1 minute.
Place wings in a mixing bowel. Pour vinaigrette and coat wings.
Serve and consume as fast as you can.
