Raspberry Wings

 2 lbs Fresh Chicken Wings (around a dozen wings)
 1 tsp Chili Powder
 2 tsp Kosher Salt (regular salt is fine just use 1 tsp)
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 Canola Oil
 1 cup Chad's Raspberry Vinaigrette

Coat wings with chili powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan, wok, or deep fryer at least 2 inches deep to 350 degrees.

Carefully drop wings into oil.

Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees (about 5 minutes).

Drain on a paper towel for 1 minute.

Place wings in a mixing bowel. Pour vinaigrette and coat wings.

Serve and consume as fast as you can.
