These “cowboy fries” are a fun and healthy alternative to fried potato wedges. They are soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. Don’t be afraid of the slight char on the outside. This adds a wonderful crispy taste! Plus the sauce is a slightly spicy and highly barbecue-y taste.
Coat potatoes with oil, garlic salt, and black pepper.
Spray grill with non-stick spray.
Grill on medium, turning every 3-5 minutes. Potatoes will be done when they are slightly charred and tender in the middle. (Go ahead and taste one when you think they are done).
Mix Dixie Heat and Mayonnaise together until smooth.
